The plan of training for week 19
monday: 1, 5 h -gym
tuesday: 1, 5 h -gym?
wednesday: 1, 5 h gym
thursday: gym?
friday: gym?
saturday: relax/walk?
sunday: walk?
 
 
Now this sound much :S
Let´s see what will happen with this.
