I don´t know if it is a guy movie or not. I like it. Strong and beautiful woman.

I get some inspiration for my training at the gym.

They are really fit!

My plans

So let´s see what I been doing today:)

My dear sister left me today:( Miss her allready

GYM- went SO GOOD! 500kCal on just working on condition.

Laundry....that was a little low point during the day.

While I waited on the washing machine...I sat on my balcony in the sun.

Want little color on my skin but not skin cancer. I have to take it easy.

Now I listen to some music:)

Gym and borring stuff

The gym went much much better this time:)

I took arms, abs and butt;)

Next time I will change.

I have a fun thing to do today(NOT!) and that is lundrey

I couldn´t get the morning time so...now I have to do it later.

Have to plan it better.

not so good

It didn´t go so well on the gym today.

I did 15minutes on crosstrainer and then started with a machine for the abs. then suddenly I started to feel dizzy.

Sat down for some minutes and felt I would pass out(but I didn´t)

I guess it was because I didn´t sleep so many hours this night.

Well well....now I will take a shower and make me ready for meeting J.

an other thing I got today was this magazine

Gym and daily plans

Gym is calling today and with my friend A this time.

And after that I will meet my friend J(I hope).

It looks like it will rain today and that is not unusual when I meet him.

I don´t think he likes my umbrella:(

We wish more that we could sit in a park and relax.

The closest days will not be so good update.I give you a warning.

But I will try to update.

Swim and music

My plans today is to take a swim for training:)

So it is not becuase it is warm, sunny(that I could wish).

And later today I will go to my sister and take care of her wonderful kids:D

This is the second time and I really hope it works like the first.

So now I am waiting for a call from my friend M. A can´t go with.

And J is busy today.

Hula hoop

Talking to my sister over Skype. It works really well!

But now back to my apartment:)

How do I want it here?

I really want some space so I can use my hula hoop

I can see on my sister´s belly that it works well.

So let´s hope I can bring the space.

Gym ideas

Hope you slept well:)

I will go to the gym and then later meet my friend J.

About gym. I wish I could go at least three times every week. But two is the most of the times.

That is not bad that either but it will go faster if I get there more.

I can go to the gym tomorrow or take a swim.

Wednesday I will not have time to go there

Thursday....gym

Friday, Saturday and Sunday .....NO:(

Well well....then I have to go the three times;)

Training and outfit for today

Back from training!

Went good but not as good as I wanted it.

I felt in the mucles that I been there yesterday.

But now it time to get ready for to meet my friend J.

Trouble to shoose clothes so I get some advise from my sister:)

Blue jeans shorts, pink tank top and a white tip shirton.

As for shoes it will be my white high Max Star.

Gym and daily plans

Soon time for the gym again.

First time I sat on my really nice balcony for breakfast.

I want little color on my skin but I take it very easy. I don´t want skin cancer.

So when you are out in the sun....put on sun block!

It may not be so good update today because of different things.

And

Meeting my friend J and go to see

But I will try my best anyway.

Gym and friends

Back from the gym!

It went really good. Now when it is nice weather outside then I walk there and back home again.

Little more exercise:)

Soon I will meet my friend J and later we will go to our friends G and M.

Little busy today and the update will not be so good.

I will take this idea from an other blog that I read every day.

The plan of training for week 19

monday: 1, 5 h -gym
tuesday: 1, 5 h -gym?
wednesday: 1, 5 h gym
thursday: gym?
friday: gym?
saturday: relax/walk?
sunday: walk?

Now this sound much :S

to keep or not to keep?....that is the question

I will eat something and then go to the gym.

It is Spring in the air and the sun is here to stay (I hope)

So soon Summer then.

It is so easy to think to do other things then the things you planned.

And at the same time....

If I want to reach the goal I have then I have to do the plan.

So NO skipping gym;)

Then after that I can meet my friends in the sun:)

Gym and food

Came back home again and went to the gym right away.

Now it is time for eat something.

Will try to update better today.

Will meet a friend tomorrow. Little nervous but at the same time...I have to learn to know him.

Pain!

Here I am again!

I ran yesterday and feel it in my hips today.

My sister was really pushy and I really needed that to came along.

I don´t know what my plans is today.

I am still at my parents and my sister is at work.

Can´t do anthing there either.

Take the dog out for a walk maybe.

It is a new friend that I will get to known better. I hope!
