My morning starts good.
Sun is shining and have slept 8 hours. So I feel really relaxed and good.
Little nervous for tonight and trying to shake that feeling of. (not that easy).

I have met this people before and it is my friend G. I guess it is becuse it is a single guy there.....my friend has told me that he is and maybe....

Telemarketers
I really don´t use the word "HATE" and use it when I really mean it.
Some use it really easy.
But here comes one thing that I hate....telemarketers.
Not all of them but those who don´t accept a NO!
Going on and on with their little talk and I think they read it it straight from the paper.
I guess that is not easy to work with and they get not nice answers too. So it is hard for them.
But still....I HATE THEM!

Now the laundry day is over!
It feels good to have clean clothes.
Sometimes I feel that I don´t have any clothes to wear and in the other hand I know that I have to much clothes.
I think many of us girls feels like that.
Or what is to much?
I think I have to go through my wardrobe and take away the clothes that I don´t wear anymore.
Even if I think so I still want Mariah Carey´s wardrobe;)

Laundry day today. And that was a must today. Been at the gym so much;)
I really like the start of my training and it will continue.
I will get the fit body that I want one day!!!
What more will happen today. hmmmm....
Have little pain from the training yesterday so I have to take it little easy today.
Gym will call on Saturday and then with my sister C.
She been training more then me and more fit. One day...like I said before.
There are different shapes of bodies in the world and noone can say which is more beautiful then the other.
That you deside by yourself.

Should I or should I not train BodyPump tomorrow? Little borring to do it myself and the same time it is the best leader then.
I will take Box on Wednesday and the gym.....Friday or Saturday.
I have to start to mix my training and not only go to the gym. It is the easiest to go to but not always the most fun.
Sometimes is so many people at the gym and standing in line to the machines is not so fun.
It is the beginning of the year and all have the training as a new start. I will do my best to continue the whole year and continue that many years more.

Been at the gym and it went really GOOD!!
Sometimes it is little funny to look at people who doesn´t take the training serious.
Make-up and only take some machines and doesn´t do the whole serie(3x12). Why beeing there???
And they are not carefull with the machines either.
Anyway....I worked really hard and put on some weights on some of the machines;)

Got litte disapointed on my friend. We talked about training together today but when I called her...she has allready been there. And don´t say sorry either. So that is not so nice. She had an excuse.
So tonight I will spend the time front of the tv:)
Go to bed early so I can go to the gym really early. Then I will go to the book SALE again:)
This weeks it will get cheaper on the books. Let´s hope there are some books that I want.

My plan is to work. Not as fun but I like my work so much.
I listen to music on the way to my work and make me stronger.
There are people who tries to pull you down but not me. It's not my problem that they are unsure of themselves.
Lucky it is not them who I work closest to.
I know those people are everywhere, not only on workingplaces.
